The definition of liberation is the action of setting someone free from imprisonment, slavery, or oppression;
“What a phenomenal way he used to put words together and describe how he stays outstanding with no comparison of trying to be anyone else but himself. It's a liberation of the mind indeed” - Don Sosta (The Good Kid with Bad Habits)
From the beginning of the song, Scally stands out by saying that he doesn’t sound like anyone he’s always being compared to. Later on in the song he says that he writes what he likes with passion. He also states that he is a conscious rapper, which is something not everyone is used to. Every bar is well expressed even with explicit content (such as swear words)
“Scally wags liberation of thought freestyle gives a raw and refreshing sound, it takes you back to the origins of Hip Hop with an old school typa beat and flow. In my opinion it makes him stand out as a hip hop artist of this generation as most them are more focused in how they sound then the message they convey which isn't in my opinion what hip hop is about for me this freestyle is a 10/10... #Scally Wag to the world!” - Itu.shabaranks
But before we twist his words here’s what he has to say about his song
“Well I believe that every brain plays its own world so .. I think a lot of people fail to feel comfortable or at ease in the brain in which they live.Its like they're trapped. To me that's the first initial mistake in their thinking. People need to liberate their minds in the attempt of reaching awareness so they can free themselves. The key to freedom is awareness, you can't free yourself if you're not aware that you're trapped that's prolly a well known fact” - $callywag
But before you tune, here’s what people had to say about his song
“I think it’s well-versed ,put out an insightful speech . I think this sh* classic. Dime.” - Msfts Cxdy
“It’s very different to what I listen to but I wouldn’t mind listening to it anytime” - its.simmy
“I’M CHOSEN NOT ACCEPTED! I think that just describes all of me” - jay.tnbt
”if you haven’t downloaded it then clearly you don’t like the idea of liberation of thoughts”
“Masterpiece”
“It's a good song, I like the beat” - vanessaskates
there you have it! Enjoy & share.
“Someone once said that people need to be liberated from their systems of symbolism and become more intensely aware the living vibrations of the real world“ - $callywag
